Kitchen and dining area. The Old Stable has a double and twin bedroom with cast iron beds. The bathroom has a shower over bath. Downstairs there's a Kitchen/dining room, a sitting room with gas coal burner effect fire and an additional WC. A Z-bed/cot can be provided for an additional child. Living room

The Coachman's Rest: (Sleeps 2.) External steps lead to this open plan apartment. The perfect cottage for a romantic break with it's gothic four poster bed and coal/wood burning stove. The bathroom has a shower over an extra long bath ______________________________________________________ These cottages have a colour TV with Teletext and digibox, video and DVD, CD/Radio, shaver point, iron and table top ironing board. Gas cookers, microwave, kettle and toaster. The Old Stables has a full sized fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The Coachman's Rest has a standard fridge with freezer compartment but no dishwasher. The cottages have gas central heating and hot water (no extra charge) Bed linen and fuel for the stoves is included. Private car parking is available in the Courtyard. The Coach House serves as a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer (small charge) and utility sink. There is also a recycling area. There is a communal garden area with garden furniture and BBQ's provided. Children and pets are welcome. There is a strict no-smoking policy in any of the buildings. We are open all year round. Short breaks (3 or 4 nights) are bookable in low season, subject to availability. Short breaks in mid season are available 3-4 weeks prior to booking subject to availability. In high season bookings are from Saturday to Saturday.
COUPLES DISCOUNT. In low or mid season - subject to availability and under the condition that only 1 bedroom is used, The Old Stables is bookable with a 20% reduction off the price. __________________________________________________ PALMERS (sleeps 8-10)
Ground Floor Accommodation: large coloured glass porch leading to a large hallway. First sitting room - Free-view TV and recordable DVD player. Coal/wood burning stove. Second sitting room/games room - snooker table, table and chairs, sofa (King size sofa bed) TV with PS2. CD and radio player.
Kitchen/Dining Room - double electric oven with grill. 8 gas hob burner. Full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine and microwave. Double patio doors lead out onto a raised decking area with patio table and chairs in a walled secure garden with sea views.
Bedroom 1 with king size bed and en-suite shower room. Bedroom 2 with wrought iron double bed. Family bathroom with shower over bath. Utility area with combined washing machine/tumble dryer. iron and ironing board. Upstairs Accommodation: Bedroom 3 - Double bed and double sofa bed and single guest bed. Bedroom 4 - bunk beds (top bunk unsuitable for under 6's) and single bed. Palmers has full central heating and hot water at no extra charge. "Starter" fuel for the coal/wood burning stove is provided. There is ample parking at the front of the property. Palmers is set in 1/2 an acre. There is a secure garden to the side of the property - BBQ, garden chairs and sun loungers provided. Bed linen is provided.
Stair gate, fireguard, travel cot and high chair can be provided if required. Children and pets welcome. No smoking inside the property. Open all year. Weekly bookings Friday - Friday.
